About Me

Lois is an executive/leadership coach with 10 years of coaching experience helping leaders to bring powerful and positive impact to their organizations. She leverages her 20 years of HR leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies to work with leaders to experience new discoveries, transformation, and higher performance. Her clients include Fortune 500 organizations as well as start-ups, where rapid change and fierce competition are constant companions. Lois was the AP talent manager in a F500 company prior to her coaching career. Her corporate background includes serving in HR leadership in Fortune 500 companies such as ExxonMobil and Goodyear with rich experience and in-depth knowledge of talent strategy, leadership development and organizational development. She has successfully led various regional/local change management initiative in the area of M&A, business divestment/migration, business model transformation in different industries. She has also designed and implemented various global/regional talent strategies and talent development programs, designed and facilitated over 200 leadership workshops to upgrade the leadership capabilities for her clients. Lois is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and Certified Organizational Coach by IECL. She’s also a certified DISC, TMP facilitator, holds the MBA degree from University of Hong Kong and completed the MBA exchange program in the top Europe business school ESADE in Spain.
